Kenneth L. Gambles formed EAGLES in 2010. Serving as President and CEO, Ken has a Masters of Management with an emphasis in Acquisition & Contracting. He is a retired Army Acquisition Corps (AAC) Officer with over 25 years of service in a variety of government an industry acquisition roles including staff and operations positions. He has more than 15 years of applied program management experience working on weapons systems, software systems, test and evaluation, program assessments and policy, training and workforce development. Prior to founding EAGLES, he served in several civilians’ positions where he managed the day-to-day activities for small a contractor team that provided PMO operations in an agile environment and he held another role where his team prepared requirements and strategy documents and also aided the customer to develop contract documents to support pre-solicitation activities.
He has a DAWIA Level III certification in Program Management and Level II in Information Technology. On active duty he served numerous position including as an the 51A Proponency Officer at the United States Army Acquisition Support Center, Assistant Product Manager, and Experimentation Officer. Additionally, Ken is currently working on a Masters of Education with emphasis in Curriculum and Content Development.
